Cancellation Policy
Flex Detailing Booking Policy Cancellations and Rescheduling Customers must provide at least 6 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide notice or reschedule will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Arrival and Late Policy Flex Detailing offers a 15-minute grace period on either side of the scheduled time. As we come to your location, slight variations in arrival time are not usually an issue. No-Show Policy Customers who fail to show up or provide notice will be charged a 20% no-show fee. Booking and Additional Services All customers must book through the online booking form. Additional services can be added on the day if time allows and will be quoted on arrival. Vehicle Preparation Vehicles must be in a cleanable state—free from excessive rubbish and personal items. Vehicles with excessively dirty interiors will incur a $55–$100 cleaning fee, depending on the condition. Service Completion Services will be completed within the specified timeframe. Quality of work will be inspected with the customer prior to departure. Customers will confirm the work meets their satisfaction at that time. Any disputes raised after this inspection will be addressed at the discretion of Flex Detailing. Payments and Refunds No deposit is required to book services. Payments can be made via online payment, cash, bank transfer, or debit card. Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued but must be agreed upon by both the detailer and the customer. In cases of major accidental damage, a full refund will be provided. Health and Safety Customers must ensure a clear work area, with pets kept away from the detailer. Vehicles must be safe to work on, free of hazards such as needles, knives, or chemicals. Damage and Liability Accidental damage will be addressed with the customer, and resolutions will be agreed upon, including potential refunds. Pre-existing damage: A pre-service inspection will be conducted. Dirt can sometimes obscure scratches, which may become visible after cleaning. Weather Conditions Appointments affected by bad weather will be rescheduled to a later date. Communication and Bookings Booking confirmations and reminders will be sent via email. All bookings must be made through the website to ensure confirmation. Feedback and Reviews Customers are encouraged to leave feedback via Google Reviews. Custom Requests Custom services can be arranged and quoted upon arrival. By booking with Flex Detailing, customers agree to these policies.
